Order Processing
Orders placed Monday through Friday are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders received after 5:00 PM PST begin processing on the next available business day. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery Method and Estimated Timeframe
We offer standard shipping within the United States at no additional cost. Transit usually takes 3 to 10 business days after dispatch, resulting in an estimated total delivery window of 4 to 12 business days.
Delivery estimates may shift because of carrier delays, severe weather, service interruptions, or unusually high order volume.
Order Tracking
Once an order ships, tracking information is sent by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to show activity. You can also visit Track Your Order.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If an order arrives damaged, contact support@estellejewels.com with clear photos of the packaging and product where possible. If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, please check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact our team for support.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order enters processing.
Order Changes and Cancellations
You may request an order change or cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order. After that window, the order may already be in processing and may not be eligible for cancellation.
