Shipping Costs and Refund Timing

  • Incorrect or Damaged Orders: If we sent the wrong item or the order arrived damaged, Estelle Jewels will work with you on the appropriate resolution.
  • Standard Returns: Return shipping for voluntary returns may remain the customer's responsibility unless otherwise confirmed by support.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
