Every Estelle Jewels piece is designed to be worn and loved every day, and we stand behind our craftsmanship with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

What's Covered

For 2 years from your date of purchase, your warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including:

Clasps or fastenings that fail under normal wear
Stones that loosen or fall out due to a faulty setting
Plating or finish defects on our waterproof pieces under normal use
Structural faults in chains, bands, or settings

What's Not Covered

Everyday wear and tear, scratches, or natural aging
Damage from accidents, misuse, or improper storage
Loss or theft
Damage from harsh chemicals such as perfume, lotion, chlorine, or cleaning products
Alterations or repairs carried out by a third party

Caring for Your Jewelry

Our pieces are waterproof, hypoallergenic, and tarnish-resistant — a little care keeps them looking their best:

Apply perfume, lotion, and hairspray before putting your jewelry on.
Wipe each piece gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.
Store in a cool, dry place — the pouch and box your order arrives in are perfect.

How to Make a Claim

If you think your piece has a manufacturing defect, email support@estellejewels.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Our team will review it and arrange a repair or replacement where eligible.
